Shipping & Return Policy
We process the fulfillment of your purchased items in the order we receive them. We sell across many other platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.) which can increase lead times. On average your item is shipped within 2-3 days of payment.
During checkout you are given the opportunity to select the speed of shipping you want. It will provide you with the expected shipping time and expected delivery dates for your item. You will be provided with tracking information on your package so you will better know when to expect it to arrive.
If you are needing your item sooner, you will need to select a faster delivery service. We do not charge extra for handling, the price you pay for shipping is the price we pay based on the size and weight of the item(s) you purchased.
If you are not happy with the item and you change your mind, you can contact us for returns. Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy upon receiving it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be the following:
-It must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Refunds will be given once we receive the item back and determine it has not been used, installed, or is missing any of the original contents.
-It must also be in the original packaging.
-To complete your return, we require you to contact us first so we can provide you with clear instructions on the return of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is caused by our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
